Three people, including a nine-year-old girl and a local TV news reporter,

were killed and two others injured in a shooting Wednesday in Orlando, Florida.

Orange County Sheriff John Mina said at a news conference that Keith Melvin Moses,

killed a 20-year-old woman on Wednesday morning,

and police were later called to two additional shootings near the scene

. Mina said Moses had been formally charged with murder since
